Re: Which HP XW6*** computer to buy for 3 cards + Scope 5.1

I tried to reduce CPU fan noise even more by replacing the stock HP XW4600 CPU cooler with a Zalman CNPS9500A LED CPU cooler. It soon turned out to be not as easy as I thought. Anything else b...

Re: Will we ever see mac-support on scope again?
This is an old reply from Creamware founder Frank Hund on January 31, 2004, right after the restart of CreamWare Audio GmbH: Original post of user Lore: As a mac user i was really concerned about creamware disappearing. Honestly with all this speculation i thought they'll abandon mac to concentrate ...

Did you run the memory test in HP BIOS > Advanced?
Make sure your memory is functioning 100%
I suggest you also run memtest86+ from www.memtest.org

Re: Win7 64bit problem scope 5.1 on hp xw6400
Hello Fricklerderii, You have a PCI slot 7 ?? Then you have a XW4600, not a XW6400 :P Here's my XW4600 PCI hardware setup: ● Slot #5: Pulsar II ● Slot #6: Pulsar II ● Slot #7: Scope (14 DSP) I don't think its really a problem with XW4600's. Like on many other motherboards, every PCI slot has IRQ's s...

Re: Win7 64bit problem scope 5.1 on hp xw6400
Try to swap the Scope and Pulsar cards, it did solve a similar problem on my HP XW4600. Also, have you flashed the BIOS to the latest version? Additional BIOS settings: ● Set PCI latency timer to 64 (cycles). ● Disable PCI SERR# Generation ● Turn off quick boot to run a full memory check at boot tim...
