Ah.. Thank you.. Can't wait to see what new features there is ! I hope midi implementation is improved !faxinadu wrote:no, the 7.0 is a new driver that does not "live" with 5.1
keys for 7.0 application itself are new keys. anything extra - plugins synths effects you bought outside the main SFP application is the same old key for v5JoPo wrote:Another question !
Are the 5.1 keys working with 7.0 ? I guess no... It's going to be a long wait !
this is the biggest emphasis of v7 - it is now a platform that scope can again grow on and is going in the right direction. so issues old and new can now be looked at and hopefully addressed in a cleaner manner.catscratch wrote:Thanks for the info btw. Hope you investigation goes well.

what are the new modules? not even a picture of the new interface of the new SC-Channel M, SC-Channel S, SC-Autogate, SC-Brickwall EQ, Quad Space Shepard Generator QSSG, Arpeg02,
it's not even clear what it's improved...
will old 5.1 project load ? will be backward compatible?
is SDK "usable" this time and comes with some example? i remember I had an old version and i was able to make just some very basic module. the sdk is tempting so that i build my custom (simple) routing modules according to my needs...
any experience yet?
i'm not sure about the answers to those, i can try to find out. note: info i give here is my own, not official sonic core info or position.petal wrote:OK - I'm with catscratch on the midi cc bug fixing whishlist!
Also, having Scope running in XTC-mode in Live along with a Push 2 is really cool. Please tell me XTC-mode now works in 64-bit?
And related to the above, will I be able to run both my PCI installation along side my XITE simultaneously on the same machine using Scope 7 drivers. (IE: PCI in XTC-mode -> ADAT -> XITE in Scope mode = powerful stuff from a parallel universe!) This actually works in Scope 5.1 32-bit!!!
you never saw this then?JoPo wrote:Shepard tone generator !! Waow ! It's so boring to build that on midi tracks !
Faxi ! Is it a shepard tone synth generator, right ? Awesome idea !

I'd appreciate that. If I can't run both my PCI installation and my XITE installation simultaneously, I'll have to rethink my whole setup.faxinadu wrote:
