Is there any support by Creamware?
Is there any support by Creamware?
hi. My business runs of a Pulsar II, and now that I am having installation problems due to a new computer (post about the problem in the problems forum), I cannot do anything, and actually lose money until this is fixed.
I tried to phone the support phone number on the Creamware web site for the last 2 days, but so far no reply.
Any ideas what is happening there?
Any ideas where can I turn to ?
Thanking you .

it's not necessary. Go into bios of MB and set "Plug 'n Play OS=NO"Shroomz wrote:Hi,
you would need to have windows reinstalled. A standard PC installation is done by pressing F5 at a specific point early in the install procedure.

then go to "control panel" -> (I don't know the right translation) "system" -> "pheripheric"
Go into "computer", then "ACPI-PC" -> "driver" -> "update driver"
choose "update (or install) from a list" -> on the righr window select "Standard PC"
Now the PC needs reboot, and magically you are into Standard PC mode

ps. all the drivers needs to be reinstalled exactly as a new WinXp clean installation, but if I can rememeber, this operation should be automatic, just a couple of auto reboots are needed.
Cheers
4PC + Scope 5.0 + no more Xite + 2xScope Pro + 6xPulsarII + 2xLunaII + SDK + a lot of devices (Flexor III & Solaris 4.1 etc.) + Plugiator.
