Clock 2 Click
Can't load the wav files
Hi there I'm trying to use c2c and everything works great with the exeption that I can't load the beat or bar wav.s
Tried to drag and drop the wav.s and I get "cannot load beat.wav etc."
I'd also like to add that I can't load any wav. files in Modular II or III.
All my STS samplers work great but I have this problem.
Any Ideas?
Thanks

Wonderful!
I'm just about buying flexor, coz' I've just realised the potential of CW's Modular system, and this buying seemed to me the logical consequence.
One little question, am I expected to buy flexor 1 on CW's webshop and then download all the packages and updates from adern website, or I can just buy and download ver 3?
PS is this the right place for posing such a question?

ahhh, great again...lost time and wound up posting here again instead of working...I had midi clock stability problems, and wondered what alternative clock I could use - thought about a ramp track in my sequencer, but that would have been a sample-fiddling - wavelab-creating time expense...then I found this device, and it states it could sync flexor modular etc - then the readme tells me there is even a ramp output, and I´m already convinced this is it - I set all up, and then - crap, how does this module know when I start my sequencer? Midi clock input? crap, there is no ramp output at all! The two files beat, and bar (what are these??) load correctly, the readme states nothing more on this topic, there is no manual and no notes here - so how do you gurus here work with this indeed anticipating cool new device and clock your sequencer with it, and have everything tight?!
I guess I´m the voice of the noob on this topic, but darn, not everybody wants to spend half day to scrawl through forums just because there is only a spartanic readme included
cheers although!

You can slave C2C to your sequencer via the MTCtoClk module, if your sequencer outputs MTC.
Problem however is that C2C just keeps ticking when the sequncer has stopped. It will start at the correct bar though on play.
This is a bug I presume and I would like to get it fixed.
The wavs are for the metronome. Hook-up Clic to some monitoring source.
You could always record a bar/full ramp in your sequencer, then loop that. This can also be scaled (repitched) to change tempos.
You can also record the bar output.
In a way it would be cool to have a VST-plugin which does what C2C does. It would just get the info directly from the host, even time sig (which C2C won't do now). and then just output a ramp and bar via two software-outs.
Another idea would be an Absolute Val VST which you would just VST-automate as you wish in the host. Of course, it would need to be sample-accurate.
Anyone up for the task?
