great,- good to know !

Does stock xw4400 have a front case fan ?

The xw4600 has CPU-, PSU- and 100mm rear case fans only.

Re: Scope versions and OSs versions

Whatever G4: avoid dual CPU models. May I ask ... why ? I have a G4 Gigabyte Ethernet Dual 450 which I can boot into OSX Tiger (10.4.11) or MacOS 9.22. It runs fine w/ RME Hammerfall 96/36 and Alex Hilton´s "Jamport" http://alexhixon.com/projects/jamport/ to connect a MOTU MidiTimepiece I...

Re: Where can I get scope v7 manual for xite-1?

Ok. What is the scheme of connection in scope xite-1 virtual routing window if I want to connect scope ASIO on STM 4896 X? You pick ASIO source and destination modules from SCOPE software connection menue, open pulldown menu and select desired number of I/O channels, then connect to STM by drawing ...

Re: Where can I get scope v7 manual for xite-1?

the virtual system is exactly the same as hardware routing. what ASIO driver are you using in the routing window? do you put the ASIO modules in the routing window with the correct number of channels BEFORE opening Sequoia? are you getting any error messages? I guess he doesn´t find the SCOPE ASIO ...

Re: SCOPE PCI - how to ... ?

just install v7. your v5.1 keys for optional devices will still work. v4.5 keys will need to be updated. they should have been updated when you got v5.1. They were for the most. When I look into my v4.x keyfile, I see SPL Transient Designer 3.5 and ZARG small synths Comb Plus Pro , Dark Star , Orio...

Re: SCOPE PCI - how to ... ?

The keying system will see all cards present, the 'master' card concept was for PCI traffic purposes (and Gary has stated that's not really even relevant under Scope 7 now). If a card is present with a key, a device will work. ... ---------------------------------------- I'm willing to bet all you ...

SCOPE PCI - how to ... ?

Up to now and in addition to the SCOPE/XITE system, I only used 1 15DSP PCI card in my 2nd machine. This card hosts all the keys for SCOPE PCI v4.5 as well as optional devices. I also bought SCOPE v5.1 and v7.0 for PCI,- never installed up to now but own a few optional v5 keys for some more stuff to...

Re: 32bit INTEGER ASIO drivers

i think it does do 32bit integer. Cool ! Should make a nice standalone (bypassing ASIO on demand) digital MTR,- 16 (up to 24) tracks, single Pulsar II and Creamware A16Ultra. I also see many plugins in the installation file,- p.ex. mastering like Vinco, graphic EQ and Masterverbs. Many other too,- ...

Re: 32bit INTEGER ASIO drivers

no, Cutmaster is not the same as VDAT. Thx,- means what ? Not 32Bit integer ? i'm not sure about the key.... We´ll see ... PCI card is feb 07.2002 and the key is printed on a sticker glued to the card. When I look into Cutmaster 4.0 installation,- most files are 2001 and 1999 ... Cutmaster xp 5.01,...

Re: 32bit INTEGER ASIO drivers

yes, Scope can use a 32bit integer ASIO interface, however that is not the same as 32bit integer in VDAT. What´s the difference ? Yes as, someone stated in another post, ASIO is bypassed with VDAT. Q: When using Cutmaser (Pro) w/ SCOPE PCI,- is that the same than VDAT,- 32Bit integer and bypassing ...

Re: MultiTrackStudio - DAW supports MIDI 2 and MPE

Think I’ll try the free Lite version. My needs are minuscule compared to most. I´ve just read in the manual ... Advantage: It supports MIDI sysex and comes w/ a sysex editor. Might be useful when using some vintage outboard gear. But then, I´d need a MIDI interface supporting 64Bit systems and does...

Re: 8-voice for PC

TAL does great stuff, loving their SH01 Bassline synth. Yep,- the freeware ! To my surprise, I like it more than the commercial TAL-BassLine-101. The tone of the freeware plugin is amazing. I owned a Roland MC-202 module, which is the SH-101 together w/ stepsequencer, display and lots of note memor...
