Re: For Sale Scope Xite-1

Great sale, and yes Z-Link + ADAT gets you a stable 32+ I/O just from those 2 protocols.
Sold my newer black A16U and regretted it so bad I bought an older A16U (blue) and can run more I/O’s than I’ll ever need.

Re: Initial release of UM-1280

COVID-19 has really screwed up programmers.
They must work privately now, adding years to a Delay device.

Re: Wanna be vaccinated ! Ramones Parody

Just got my first shot today. Not being the right age I had to wait. After a good friend passed away at 66 years old I started to take things more seriously. Surprised it was Pfizer. Thought only the politicians that said they wouldn’t take the Trump vaccine got the good stuff. They also said they w...

Re: KNobs from AliExpress? experience ?

https://store.djtechtools.com/products/chroma-caps-knobs-and-faders I use these guys for years now. Be sure you match the knob rotation though. They take returns when you screw up. I’ve returned more than once due to human error. For example, SE-02 just refuses other knobs as there’s little space. I...

Re: Suddenly getting PCI Master Overflow

Check the feedback levels of any delay and decay length of any reverb. Hate to keep harping on about SR Pro, but my default project boots everytime. It remembers the exact settings for each and every parameter saving me the pain of having to control dozens of parameters. Once you get a project that ...

Re: MultiTrackStudio - DAW supports MIDI 2 and MPE

[/quote] Definately need MIDI-2 VST's (the stepping on Shreddage Slide gittar sucks) - but I'd also buyed a cheaper MIDI-2 keyboard if they came out, otherwise no easy way to use extra expressions when not wanting to draw a bunch of lines in DAW piano roll   The Roland looks nice though, I...

Re: MultiTrackStudio - DAW supports MIDI 2 and MPE

Still learning MIDI 1# here. Roland Controller seems to be nice but with Scope MIDI devices I don’t see a need for higher resolution.

Re: TC Electronic 8210-DT Reverb Plugin, AMAZING!

IzoWoke. Interesting details and the TC timeline. Lexicon sold out to Harmon/Digidesign and started selling Lexicon w/ Digidesign chips. They were okay but nothing like the PCM’s of yore. Around the same time TC got serious about their reverbs and every SSL 4000G+ console came with TC and a Lexicon ...

Re: TC Electronic 8210-DT Reverb Plugin, AMAZING!

I used their ancient Fireworx which had a simple Hall that sounded great, ADAT & AES into Scope too.
Their 5000/6000 hardware is serious gear, if the plugs even get close Thats a great deal.

Re: wow, check out this midi timing!

Here's the exact device I use. It allows Curve modifiers that set exact placement/amount, and the lag processor allows rate of assigment or speed of it's destinations/targets. This is for drawbars on a Hammond B3 module. Instead of using hands to swell/collapse the drawbars, I use a single FC7 Expre...

Re: wow, check out this midi timing!

I use Scope XITE-1 live and send MIDI out of the XITE-1 into an HX-3 Organ Module and a Novation Peak synth. Really good MIDI stability. Instead of direct from my controller I use Scope MIDI Devices to change drawbars of a virtual Hammond B3, a trick I can’t do from my controller or the PC. So if yo...

Re: Definitive Scope PCI card host PC?

I also used the DP875 Intel board, great motherboard for Scope, should last for years too. No built in audio, no extra gunk. Only problem was USB was still in its infancy so a powered Hub made everything click. I remember using all USB ports and having issues, so after getting the Hub, and disabling...
