i need a good responsive keyboard to play pulsar´s hammond and minimax(including pitch and modulation wheel). is there controller out there which fits to both well?
i also would buy a keyboard with with internal sound engine as long it isn´t to expensive eg. yamaha an1x, clavia nordlead 1 or something.
the most important thing to me is a really good keyboard which has aftertouch, mod and pitchwheel (even some knobs wouldn´t be bad) and a good responding of the keys (maybe semi-weighted keys).
recommendations especially from experienced keyboarders are welcome.

thanks

I miss my old Yamaha SY77 keyboard as a master keyboard. You could pick one of these up cheaply and there are thousands of sounds out there too.
It had 2 mod wheels that could be configured to any controller number plus aftertouch etc.
One of the great features though was a little option tucked inside one of the menus, where you could set the velocity (0-127) of the keyboard. This was superb for trying out patches where, for instance, the cut off filter was affected by the velocity.
Of course this was useful for players like me who couldn't get the feel and velocity right every time I played a track.
The keyboard wasn't "weighted" (the SY99 was I think) but it was a great master keyboard.
The only fault - you can get a car that weighs less than an SY77! I really regret selling it though.
Hope that helps

Of course, for realistic Hammond/organ playing, velocity sensitivity could be fixed to a single value, but for other instruments that do react to keyboard velocity etc, the little dial setting I mentioned could be over-ridden.
Again, for the organ sounds, the mod wheels were great as they could be configured to be used for things like the amount of "Leslie" effects etc.
