Can I add an extra ASIO in order to load NI B4 and FM7?

A place to talk about whatever Scope music/gear related stuff you want.

Hi, I wish to load NI b4(Stand alone) and FM7 (Stand alone) using my luna II but the asio can be used only once so can I add an extra ASIO in order to use both at the same time?

You'd better use an VSTi host application. (Logic Audio, Cubase SX etc...)
I think there are lighter programs (that only host VSTis) as well if you already have a sequencer, but I don't know any by name.

enb141 - Just in case you didn't realise this, In your routing window on the Luna you'll see the ASIO source and destination modules with 2 availible channels. Right click on the module of your choice (source/dest) and increase the number of ASIO channels (1-32). When you reload your NI gear, head to the ASIO selection on the output, and you'll see that you've got more outputs to route the sound with. I usually assignt different instruments to pairs of ASIO, (eg 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, etc) for a stereo set. Then in the routing window under my ASIO Dest module I can route the individual pairs where ever I need them (efx, modular, ASIO Source, etc). To some it's strange, but it works for me - it may help you!

I know about routing but as I know you can't load more than 1 ASIO even in SFP outputs or can I?

can I use more ASIO than one (as AUDIO inputs outputs)?

No you can't. SFP's ASIO drivers are not multi-client, so only one application at a time can use SFP's ASIO drivers. Although some companies are offering soundcards that support multi-client ASIO drivers, I think ASIO originally wasn't designed for multi-client use.

As others already suggested, a VSTi host is the only way if you want to use FM7 and Pro53 with low latency at the same time with your Creamware card.

good luck,
