Sorry for possible offtopic..
I've bought Vintage EQ from ST.
They took money off my card and gave me S/N.
The transfer string was calculated, and I've sent it to Sonic Timeworks.
And then ... nothing back for about 2 weeks.
KIMGR, I know you're linked with them. Please email me privately (eugene@iface.ru) and give me the address of someone at ST, who will reply my messages.
TIA

Since your message is directed only at one person, why don't you just send him a private message?

I don't intend to sound rude.

Where did you send the request ?
According to the documentation it should be pulsar@sonictimeworks.com
If there's something wrong with that mailbox, try support@sonictimeworks.com

I sent the request to

cc@sonictimeworks.com
pulsar@sonictimeworks.com

and now to

support@sonictimeworks.com

Please inform me if everything is ok.
By the way the first letter 'Thank you for your purchase' didn't pass our spam filter and had to be extracted manually. The next one (from cc@sonictimeworks.com) came ok.
And then silence.. Nothing in my box, nothing in the spam log.

Thanks

I, too, had to wait longer than expected - can't remember how long it was but in the end I phoned them (in america?) from LONDON! just to find out what was happening and it got sorted in a couple of days from then.

I think I remember being told that it was due to (summer) holidays.

Sorry it's a bit vague but it's been a couple of years.
