Hello to all!

I am trying to solve a problem I have with my home-studio but unfortunately I have no more things to try since my knoweledge is quite limited on the subject...
I have setup my gear at one room, which I use as a recording room and mixing/mastering room. My DAW is in the next room in order to avoid noise from the fans.
Between the 2 rooms I have an old door (from those that are empty inside), on which I have put some noise reduction materials from the side the PC is. The PC is situated at the corner of the other room (I know this is a bad place to place things because of the amplification of bass frequencies that occur at the corners of the rooms, but I cant place it anywhere else).
Now, what happens is that I have managed to cut a lot of db of mid/high frequencies of noise but there is still a 120Hz which my PC makes. I have put some noise reduction materials inside the PC but this low freq didnt leave.
So, my question is what could I do in order for me not to hear any noise coming from the PC in the next room?
a) as far as the PC is concerned (I cannot track from where this rumble is comming)
b) as far as the "PC room" is concerned, I could place some bass traps perhaps.. Does anybody know how to make DIY bass traps?
c) as far as the door is concerned, without having to replace the door with another one.

Thank you in advance for your ideas!

I'm making some studio too, a lot of preparation (and savings i'm afraid;) will be needed before it's finished... Been reading on those lately:
