I have realized that I am very interested in modulars, and I figure that it is probably a good idea to post the synths I create to this forum. This one, my fourth modular patch (and my third release here), is a simple 2 oscillator subtractive synth which is really not very good. What makes is interesting is that it can create nice bass sounds, while it is still very light on the DSPs. It shouldn't be any problem to run this one even if you have a massive project initialized. If it is still too big, you can make it monophonic (change all the appropiate modules from poly to mono, and the synth will be very small). However, it is often nice to use duophonic sounds in the production, especially by combining it with a polyphonic arpeggiator...
What does it sound like? Well, imagine a light version of any multiosc subtractive synth, add a great filter (polyfilter) and a couple of nice presets, and you have Basic. It is not very advanced, in fact beginners can even learn the basics from this patch.
Use it if you like it. I guess I will never use it, but it was a pleasure to build it and who knows... Someone may perhaps find it interesting. =)
