Send CC# 16, 36 and 19 to control LFO speed, LFO center and LFO depth. The modular sends out CC#74. Connect a synth to it merging with Seq/HW MIDI Source and assign it's filter cutoff to incoming CC#74. As you please, you could add MVC for retriggering etc. Have fun!
