While I live with Pro tools, Digital performer, Gigastudio, etct etc and know them inside and out...
I am completely new to cremeware stuff!!!
And I am confused by there array of products.
I would like to set up a PC (dual processor??) with Gigastudio/Kontakt/atmosphere/ and a completely killer cremeware soft synth collection.
I would greatly appreciate any and all advice towards this goal.
I thank you all in advance for the advice and information you will share. I am sure to make better decisions thanks to all of you.

I want to dive into Cremeware Synths. Please help!!!
You properbly allready know this, but you should really do some homework before you go out and buy a new computer to run Creamware and sequencers. People are having all sorts of trouble if they buy the "wrong" motherboard. As I understand it now, you can succesfully run both AMD- and Intel-processors, but you have to choose the motherboard to run the processor carefully. Read in the "tech talk"-forum for the latest news on this topic. I have seen quite a few setups which are supposed to run perfectly. So make sure to check there before you buy!
You properbly also know this, make sure the pc-cabinet is as silent as possible, spend that extra doe and buy a quality cabinet with silent fans - for your own sake - Right now I'm sitting in a room that sounds like the rearend of a jetengine
About the Creamwarecard. I have an Elektra with 3 DSP-processors on-board, which absolutely is far from enough DSP-power to what you want to do! I have heard some people (not all!) with a Pulsar II, which is equipped with 6 DSP-processors, say almost the same as I do. Not enough DSP-power. But it will get you far, and it comes with both synthpack 1 and 2.
Then theres only the Scope-card left with 15 DSP-processors, which should be enough DSP-power in most cases. The Scope has another advantage, it comes with almost every official Creamware synth available, meaning you don't have to go out and pay extra to get that killer Creamware synth collection that I would like too

And if you look in "devices" here on Planetz, you will find a vast amount of free synths and fx-modules
One last thing though, there has been some speculation lately (especialy by me) that Creamware is coming with a new soundcard soon sometime early next year. The reason for the speculation is, that Creamwares soundcards are somewhere between 2 to 3 years old now, so they are beginning to be a bit long in the tooth. And Creamware has done two things lately, which to me supports the speculation, they have made "christmas deals", where they sell there products cheaper if you buy before January.
And last, they have made a somewhat successful attempt to make all us Creamware-owners pursuade our friends into buying a Creamware soundcard. If we succeed we will get one or two free Creamware plugins and the chance to win a Scope-card. Here take a look for yourself:

Aha, killer one for synths. Ok, I'd recommend:
As many DSPs as possible = as many voices per synth as possible.
Check out PowerPulsar (15). About 2000$.
I don't think dual proc is necessary. A good Asus board P4B533 (DDR) or P4T533 (Rambus) or P4PE (DDR) with a northwood 2.4 will do.
The boards are discussed in TechTalk, for tweaking OS have a look inside Tips&Tricks.
Then have some synths: Device forum. All free and some damn cool, like all Neutrons, Amphetamine etc.
Please surf this section very carefully, you'l find lots of very useful info there.
Then the "shareware" ones like wavelength's.
Please support these.
Also good is a membership at spacef.
Celmo does excellent devices. (damn good: Guitar Amp modeler!)
And check out Zarg for very cool stuff like the Prophets, Pro One models (originals!!!) and Ambient or Red Dwarf EX or Rotor.
