A general forum hint: Trim down your quotes.
Quotes can come in handy when you reply to a long post, so people can easily understand what you are talking about.
It's useless to quote one page of text to reply only on a couple of lines. But do quote when things might become confusing or hard to understand. At planetz, you can read the message you reply to above your message usually.
Some newsservers/programs deny post which include more quote then new text.
