Got a question I'm hoping a Pulsar II user can shed some light on. I bought my Pulsar II about a year and a half ago. I just happened to be checking out the Creamware site, and they showed that Effects Package I and II, modular synth V2, and STS-3000 should be included with the Pulsar II system. I know I don't have some of that stuff (guessing because I bought my Pulsar II before this was released). Do any Pulsar II users have all the effects pkgs, synth, sampler that I listed? Creamware wants to sell me that stuff (I asked if I could get it since I owned Pulsar II), and I was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience with Creamware's policies. I don't want to stir things up, but it seems to me that since I'm a Pulsar II owner I should have access to all the latest developed software that comes included (and shouldn't have to pay for it just because I bought my system before this software came out). What's your experience?

This is new software added for buyers of new cards only -- its a way to keep the prices of the cards up by continuing to add more software and effects.

You will not get this for free from Creamware unless you bought your card this year, on the plus side, it makes buying more DSP less painful (6+6=12 DSPs, a great amount!), because you will get all that free software with it...

All right, I think I can understand that. If I could buy some of that software, would it be worth it?

I have a Pulsar II and i got the modular 2 when i bought it.

I used it a lot before, it is great but heavy on the DSP so i dont use it much now.

I bought the STS 4000 which is essential to me.
I use it in every project.
It has it's quirks but has served me well.

BTW. insert some spaces in your post.
It is so much easier to read and encourages fast answers.
