Green dots at the mixer with luna and pulsar analog source

Hi all!!!
I think i have a problem with my cards...
i own pulsar II and luna II and luna box.
the problem is when im connecting one of the - luna/pulsar/luna box analog sources to the mixer i see green lights of signal on the channel even if there is no device connected to this inputs....
is it suppose to be like this or i have a problem???
there is only one dot (or two on stereo)...

hi,
it's normal, because the meters show values to -150db and analog ins have much less dynamic, so their natural noise floor is higher. it's just meters' accuracy.
