Load up all your favourite synths in the default project and set all to 0 (zero) voices.
It saves a lot of time. When you want to use a synth you just set the amount of voices you want and off you go.
I believe you can do this in older versions as well but i did'nt get it to work until SFP.

Another hint: give each synth a preset ie. Program Change 0, which is set to zero voices

Also a good plan to save a cubase default configuration with all your synths set to different channels.
