modular patches surface key (by jun)

I am trying to download some of the user modular patches from the creamware website. The files down load fine but when I try to use them I am asked for a lot of information I dont know (serial number , surface key??). This information does not come with the download in a text file,and I registered with the website, but again I am no further forward. It is obviously something stupidly easy that I am missing, so If anybody out there knows what I am talking about would they please help

Hi. U have to pay for modular2 synthesizer before trying to load the paches.

I already have the modular 2( it came with the cd). I am having trouble actually registering my card on the website. Every time I input my serial number (the on on the front of the manual). I am given an error saying that my card has not been recognised and to register first.

Subject: pulsarcard

this happened to me.. when i reinstalled the pulsar program.. the software key that came with the installation cd wasnt working with the pulsar card i had.. even though it did before.. (i emailed techsupport@creamware.de the .de guys are much better than the .com tech support) and they gave me a new software key to use.. they said it was a problem they had with some of the boards.. sometimes the software key would stop working and require a new one
