modular i/o`s (by Mo)

ähm... i read on cw´s homepage that the daughterboards with the i/o´s are also sold separately.
has anybody seen them with the dealers, or does somebody know the price for, let´s say for just the 24ADAT-i/o-plate, if i planned to get one after i bought an srb?
