problem with new disk

i just substitute my old secondary master ibm30gb disk with ibm120gb. i set jumpers and everything like was before, but i can't see this disk in explorer. windows detect new device on startup but i don't see disk in win explorer? i see disk in bios, but not in windows?!

I just installed a new drive a few days ago. You must fdisk the drive. See step 18 in this guide:

you also can fdisk it as Extended Partition. In this case it will just add drive letters. Example: 2 disks with 1 primary and 1 Extended formatted as 2 letters C and D: Result is:
C of #1 is C, C of #2 turns D, D of #1 turns E and D of #2 F.
So if you want to have C and D of #2 as E and F you simply fdisk #2 as Extended Partition.
