Originally I was going to buy Audiophile 2496, Delta44 or Echo Mia card for recording, but I think I'm going to go with Pulsar.
The question is can Pulsar be used for all the things the above can? E.g. recording, playback of audio? If so how many audio in/outs are there on Pulsar?

Currently I'm running MIDI through SBLive joystick port, which is probably not the fastest way... Audiophile has MIDI, does Pulsar have MIDI connection, or do I need to buy it separately?

Thank you,
Luke

with Pulsar you got Midi In/Out/Thru, and from 20 i/o t 28 i/o, depend on options you chose.

But if I buy just the Pulsar board itself, does it have any MIDI or audio ins/outs on it, or do I have do buy a seperate 'I/O hub'?

Thank you,
Luke
