I have been using the MB7 with a 167 Router/Stem and can't believe ho w flexible it is.
Recently used 2 x AUX channels for un conventional mixing.
There's a dry channel which I always had maxxed for each channel, but recently decided to use a great sounding Piano w/o dry channel, and used the dNa EQ and what a sound I get.
Then figured try adding a little more oomph by assigning another AUX with a SpaceF FAT II-S.
Works really well and I can EQ my 2 QSC K12s facing me for a good live mix.
Anyone ever try this?
Then with the SC 5.1 Room in stereo mode I am getting really deep FX that remind me of hardware as the effect wraps around the audio source thanks to his great routing options and bleedover.
Any ways who use these for mixing..?

I love it, and like your recent project you posted, use it with a 16/7 or 24/7 STEM. The bleed works great with ambient effects, since it's a lot like what real world rooms and mics do! It's great for playing the mixer/effects like old reggae/dub producers do.
I especially like the added filters/modulation that is possible. I can use this to share an LFO that drives filters, gates, and effects across multiple channels very quickly (for that everything-in-step effect). Also good for pumping compressors with kick-drums as a side-chain.
I had hit a wall using the modular mixers, but have been back into them lately, now that I've had 2 years to play with routing and understanding the XITE that much more. They are unbeatable devices, especially when controlled from something like Lemur or a BCF so that every parameter can be tweaked.

Try sticking a FAT-II S into an AUX, one of the first upper 4 channels of the MB7.
Then add that using the router to a selected channel............Hot Damn that sounds good.

Re: Who Is Using SpaceF MB7
Its in all my projects. only minus is that i want more (dont we all?) bus channels - so it can match my vintage mix + 8 bus mixer
Love that device - however, after a track is done.. the configuration is so complex of the mb7 that i dont even remember what i did in first place! its crazy flexible
