conflict with mainboard sth?

Post by k3nnyt4n »

Hi
i got creamware4 in old window XP sp2,they worked fine til recently i tried using external cdplayer, the scope got error and after that when i bootup this computer scope refused to work
( Imagepicture added ),i 'm not computer junkie, tried changing BIOS but sti;; not work.
It still goes like that everytime i turnon this comp but would work after i restart and unplug mic cable, soundout cables from the scope. It's such a waste of time to restart and do.....,
Can anyone suggest what to change in BIOS? maybe it's IRQ conflict?
thnx
PS sorry for the tilted pic, dunno why picturetrail got it that way

Indeed check for IRQ conflict, your luna2 may share an IRQ with some other device ...
Creamware Scope 5.1 (Scope Power Pulsar 1.01|3 x Pulsar II|Pulsar I|Syncplate), scope abuser since 2004.
Asus Z87-K C2|Intel Haswell Core i7-4770|Kingston KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX - 2 x 4 Gb Ram (1600 MHz)

how did you check?

start\programs\accessories\system tools\system information\hardware resources\conflicts/sharing look for the Scope card(s). what is sharing with them?

Hi
i think if there is conflict there'll be some ! or other exclaimation mark right? there is none.
When i clicked property of creamware in "system/sound+audiodevice"it said "work well".But there are other sound device like realtek,i'll try disable all of them. This really gives me a headache,sigh... :)
thnx

Download a fresh copy of the install from the SC FTP incase your install is corrupt.

Then read the installation guide and manual for setup of software and hardware for your OS.

don't install from a cd. even a thumb drive isn't the best idea. put the installer on the desktop and then run it from there. also, as suggested, redownload a fresh copy of the Scope installer.
