WordClock generator , master for Scope

Hello I need to work on an 8k mono wav file , in cubase / wavelab .
Is there a wordclock generator that will put out an 8k clock signal I can run in to Scope Syncplate via bnc ?
I need to work at 8k for this audio , upsampling creates too many artifacts .

If you don't need scope for the project you could just use another driver that would enable you to run cubase at 8k.

no need to use an old laptop, just change the audiodriver in cubase in your existing system
