I turned off my PC for a couple weeks only to discover that Scope can't start no matter what I do. I just kept getting some error that has to do with CSET.INI file. Luckily Scope itself shows how to solve the problem. All I did was delete the whole "intBlock size" line from the CSET.INI file located in Scope/App/Bin and voila. Now everything works as before.
