Great technique and I love that kids control of dynamics when crossed hands are used.
You basically must skip over the right hand with the left and make sure you hit the F sharp in his particular case, with equal pressure and velocity that the last note of the left hand played, prior to the cross.
It's much easier when the cross hand shots are accented, but the kid has Bach down and the Brotha' is just on it..
