We've had plenty of studio pics, and now with Nestors bass pics, thought I'd start a post of guitar collection pix to see what others have got.

Love your idea... :) It's great to see what our friends at the Z play. But, I would also like to see with the pics a very short description or at least, the model and trademark of the instrument. That will make the post a very informative link to see and read.

Thank you :)

Steinberger Synapse 5 string, xite, axon midi, otu midi express, ashdown superfly amp, and a Peavey cab.

The Steinberger has:
Graphite U-channel w/ Maple neck-thru body with truss rod, headless string tuners, and nutless headstock ("0th fret" instead)
phonelic fingerboard
hard maple body
EMG-40PS active humbucker, Piezo bridge pickup (under a Rosewood saddle).
I've mounted a Roland GK3B Hex pickup for use with the Axon AX50 midi converter.

That's great guys, but please remember to post pictures that do not exced 800 pixels width, so it is easy to see and not to heavy, because many will be posting and it will become slow to load otherwise. Cheers :)

She's my pride and joy. I usually go for black guitars but was smitten by that green. It actually looks better now with the pick guard fitted:

I've also added an Earvana nut and a Bare Knuckle Rebel Yell in the bridge slot (the neck position has a Sustainer puck-up).

It is certainly capable of LOTS of different sounds. I am learning to better integrate the MIDI controlled sounds like the Minimax, Vectron, and some others, together with the "raw" bass sound, and amp'd versions. It's almost like mastering to get the frequencies and phase to sit together correctly to get the final sound. And I want each sound to blend or morph to any other, so it's 16x the amount of work! But it's well worth it, and I am enjoying the process as much as playing :) (I am an engineer at heart, what can I say?)

Entirely custom Myka 8-string hybrid guitar/baritone, piezo and MIDI.
Myka Scorpion

and a pic from a recent session -
(with Xite-1 and laptop - running P5, Atze, and ModIV, old Axon AX-100 MIDI interface, Eventide Eclipse).

That is exactly that a "serious bliss"... :D It is strange how in the pictures we see it as it is not, I mean, my eyes lies about the lines. It is an amazing instrument! To play with so many strings must be a challenge. The highest string must be something like B, am I right?

So far it's 'standard' tuning with an added lower F# and B (baritone range).
The angle of the photo highlights the fanned frets.

That's exactly what I will be building when I get a laptop.
The SKB Studio cases are brilliant.
