Hello,
I'm annoyed enough to write this. I don't want to loose my time writing to CW support because they ignore me or give answers to questions I don't ask them causing me to ask again and again. Treat it as a therapy for my torn nerves, please....
Here are all the not fixed bugs I found in the Mac 3.0 after 1 day of working with it:
1. Sound manager drivers - output works only in selected apps, input doesn't work at all.
2. OMS midi driver - the same problem as I mentioned somewhere here before (frequent system freezes during cubase launch)
3. Graphical issues - after trying to connect two not compatible devices a message appear saying I can't do it and then the coursor sticks to the module I wanted to connect to.
4. Manual - the so called Mac manual tells us - mac users - stories of GSIF, WDM, MME(Windows drivers), XTC mode (not available for mac, yet), about bios settings (???) and many more boring and unuseful things.
5. Cliches - "there's one thing we want to make sure you understand: Pulsar is not a 'sound card' in any usual sense. With the quick and simple installation of Pulsar, you transform your computer into a proffessional sound studio." I know, I know, I tell it to myself every morning ;-D. But, and it's not funny, this reminds me old socialist sentences we could find 12 years ago in our streets (in Poland, Czechoslovakia, GDR, Hungary and other countries). Oh, I like all those words like: amazing, unusual, brilliant etc they use on CW site. If they were true... Please, don't confuse two things: I like CW products both hard and software but all the things surround them are very poor quality and especially CW support (btw - try to access the 'support database'). I can understand something doesn't work properly or there is a bug somewhere. We are only humanbeings. And words like "We are sorry, please be patient, we know about it and work hard to fix..." SHOULD be available somewhere - I don't mean their official site but the CW forum for example (available only for registered users). Fullstop.

Bite the apple
Hi i just wanted to tell you that i think OMS works fine after all. I had some problems and i was sure they were caused by OMS. I discovered that i had the Reason demo installed and it caused me trouble before. I unchecked the Reason Demo and Rewire in the extensions manager and voila! my system runs perfect again. No OMS trouble. There never was. I for one think it is easier to blame OMS asit has'nt been updated for a while (like 4 years) but i seriously have no problems with it. I had once but re-installing it took care of that.
