Hi, Do I need any preamp at all to for example microphone (vocal) if I have DSP-6 System
and there is his own mixer building in like STM 2448?

yes you need a preamp to bring the microphone signal to the proper level and protect the integrity of it's content.
That signal is very, very sensibel regarding it's character.
It's easy to amplify (with simple stuff) and you will hear 'something', but it really needs a quality device to keep it 'lively'.
The RNP (really nice preamp) from FMR is often mentioned as a good start.
I'll add the TAB/Siemens/Telefunken V276 and V376 vintage modules as excellent for the money.
You will need someone to add the powersupply and cable connectors, tho (DIY) - 'racked' and ready to use they are very expensive.
