4.5 patch for Cubase with version SFP 4.0?

Cubase is crashing a 48khz (required because my external gear must be master) and I only have 4.0 keys. Can I use the Cubase patch with 4.0 or do I need to upgrade to 5.0?

you can use it the patch. those guys at S/C didn't FORCE you to upgrade.
v5 is a good deal if you can afford it(there are new devices), and the money keeps Scope developement going.

Thanks! I just got it working. 4.5 installer took my reg file and allowed me to install (without any of the extra synths.) And the patch solved the problem. Very stable with 22 I/O (8 ADAT, 14 analog.)

Do you need the patch for Scope 5.0? i have been having some crashes with Cubase5 and Scope5.

The patch however replaces nothing in the Bin folder as stated it should in the Read Me.
