XTC+Luna/PS/Elektra users: please help!

Can somebody help me with this one, please? The problem:
PowerSampler 2.5 and PulsarXTC 3.02 connected with STDM. I want to run XTC in XTC-mode, without the Luna/PowerSampler software. This works fine, i.e. Cubase VST/32 R6 loads the XTC and all its software and adresses the PowerSampler I/Os, but only if the asio settings file (projectxtc.ini) is not present in the PulsarXTCAppBin directory. If this file is there, Cubase won't find the PowerSampler I/Os.

My question: can somebody succesfully running PulsarXTC only with the Luna/PowerSampler/Elektra - I/Os please send me his cset.ini and projectxtc.ini files to
