b2003 is ok.. but not really gritty enough i think.

Re: IT ROCKS!
Yes but Prodyssey over all

4PC + Scope 5.0 + no more Xite + 2xScope Pro + 6xPulsarII + 2xLunaII + SDK + a lot of devices (Flexor III & Solaris 4.1 etc.) + Plugiator.
Re: IT ROCKS!
I totally agree, the stock B2003 is seriously white.
But there are ways around that.
G.O.S.T. Dynomic w/ some well placed Saws is the surgeons tool, but it is certain that a distortion or OD plug with frequency enhancements is what is needed, and also the Leslie Tube Pre Amp sound.
G.O.S.T. is the way if you will be doing solo orientated B3 parts, ala ELP or Booker T.
But for a B3 in a mix, mess around in the device threads and there are a few plugs that picked up where Creamware left off.
The LE-1 is a nice juicy Tube enhancement, and j9k's Helter Skeltor is heavy, yet smooth and has a filter/EQ thingy for the finsihing touch.
For really destructive sound, S|C's Decimator in line before Distortion is pretty sick too.
Below is a heavy low rotor with the horn mixed appropriately for that Goldy McJohn sound.
