How to see what each licence key is for..
How to see what each licence key is for..
One for Ralf.
I have 2 Pulsar cards. A 1 and a II. They are both registered with Creamware et. al.
I would like to know exactly how many and which products I am licenced to use and if I don't have those products, where can I get them?
Thanks.
Eric.

both the keyfile itself and the "registry" choice in the "set" menu on the live bar display the name of the plugin and the serial number of the card associated with that plugin.

Actually, I was off the pace trying to remember what the Big Blue Thingy Browser was called.

Hey eric, or find scope.rgy in your installation folder. It contains a plain text list of all imported keys and linked card serial numbers.

Do as at0m says, then open it in Notebook and you can even insert lines of text that become available on the next project start up...
I just transferred my keys to one card and organized all of my files in preparation for Scope 5.0.
Do it right the first time and save everything to removable media, or suffer for years as I have...

Re: How to see what each licence key is for..
if ANYONE has 4.5, they paid for it(as opposed to those using 4.5 with 4.0 keys who don't have the second 4.5 key, which looks like a 4.0 key) afaik....
Re: How to see what each licence key is for..
I'm think I remember paying for 4.5 (posting a money transfer to Creamware, if I remember rightly) but it was such a long time ago I can't be sure which version it was for and I don't have those confirmation emails anymore nor the old bank statements.
I though I purchased it when it first came out and not the Xmas upgrade special.
Is there anyway to tell from the allkeys file?
I am using 4.5, but Gary's post seems to me to suggest it could be possible to be using 4.5 when only having paid for 4.0, or am I misunderstanding?
I thought I'd ask before I sent SC a msg
