IMO 150-160 CND (100 euros) are enough (if lower!), Pulsar 1 features higher letency, and the lacks of special plugins sets without doubt the value to under 200 CND.
4PC + Scope 5.0 + no more Xite + 2xScope Pro + 6xPulsarII + 2xLunaII + SDK + a lot of devices (Flexor III & Solaris 4.1 etc.) + Plugiator.

if so he's been trying for some time, and it's no wonder.
(although similar cards seem to always fetch a good price on eBay... people just don't know about this forum?

I would not pay more than 50€. I actually have bought two gen1 pulsars for 50€ each.
