Hai guys, i am new here in the forum, but i know the planet Z around 2 years. I got a Pulsar 2 and for a long time i played their spunds only with a normal midi keyboard and a sequenzer like cubase or logic.

But now, i buyed a MPC 2000 XL, and i use it as zentral sequenzer. You can direct programming your Pulsar-song with the MPC and play them, exactly how you want, Pulsar II and MPC 2000 XL makes love together, also because there is the same coaxial S/PDIF I/O on both gadgets... ok i must buy now an A16... then will you bring my experiences with them.

Feel the true MIDI-Timing an the Power of the MPC...cu willi

Atari's are great, too, it's easy to get spoiled w/ such perfect timing. Try syncing your mpc to an audio sequencer like Acid, makes a great combo.

Cool but...
If you work with something like pulsar it's BECAUSE you don't have to use the midi ports any more and can route everything in your PC, with best timing!
I'm also an MPC owner but it's getting dusty!!! The sample player and vst samplers like Battery released my old stuff. Buy a Powersampler or so.
But I know... by my hip hop colleage you can't speak like that from the MPC!
