AFAIK the limits are the number of mic input you own and the number of tracks your sequencer or audio protocol (i.e. ASIO) can handle.
Keep in mind that with ADAT the number of tracks is divided by two in order to use 96K signals. So, unless using Z-link, two ADAT input interfaces can provide a maximum of 8 channels simultaneously.

per lavorare a 24 bit 96 khz e piu' tracce quale asio bisogna usare con scope zlink professionbal e nuendo ???

I sequencer hanno limiti diversi per le tracce, non so nuendo, ma di solito (se non nelle versioni lite o demo) questi limiti sono di 64 o più tracce. Ci sono più tipi di driver audio. In Windows, compatibili con Scope, ci sono i DirectX/Wave (di Microsoft), gli ASIO 1 e 2 (di Steinberg), gli EASI (vecchie versioni di Logic), i GSIF (Gigastudio)..
Non avrai mai alcun problema usando Asio1 o Asio2 a meno che tu non riesca a collegare più di 64 ingressi microfonici all'ambiente Scope...

There are more audio drivers type. Under Windows, and compatible with Scope, there are DirectX/Wave (Microsoft), ASIO1/2 (from Steinberg), EASI (old Logic versions), GSIF (GigaStudio)..
You'll never have any kind of problem with Asio1 or Asio2, until you are able to connect more than 64 input channels to your Scope environment..

sarà che hai esaurito i dsp, a 96 KHz ogni plugin consuma il doppio. Tieni d'occhio l'indicatore del consumo di dsp.capacita' del sistema non sufficiente
you probably ran out of dsps, @96 KHz every plugin takes double dsp power. Check the dsp load.

Per l'installazione non ti so dire, io ho una cartella per Scope insieme al sistema e una partizione su un altro disco con seq e altri programmi + samples, ma non sono molto ordinato, non sono un buon esempio.

come controllare un monitor? era questa la domanda? allora devi descrivermi un po' meglio la tua situazione, io ti risponderei: prendi le uscite dall'A16 che vuoi e le mandi ad un amplificatore e casse passive oppure casse attive o mixer.....
il mixer di scope, sì lo puoi usare, ma anche no, dipende come ti trovi meglio a mixare, certo col mixer di scope è più facile inserire nella catena effetti i plugin di scope... de gustibus... io lo lascio lì, se poi mi serve bene, se no amen.
Qui nel forum si sostiene che i mixer di Scope "suonino" meglio degli altri (nuendo, logic...) ... probabilmente è vero, non lo so, io uso un po' quello che mi capita. Per mixare in scope devi uscire da nuendo con tanti canali, occhio!

If your question was "How to drive monitor?", maybe you have to describe me better your problem. My answer is: take 2 outs from A16 and send them to the amp and loudspeakers, or directly into active loudspeakers or to the mixer.
Scope mixers: you may use them or not, it depends on how you feel with them. Obviously with Scope mixers it's more comfortable to use scope effets and plugins chaining them... I usually have it there, if I need it, I use it, otherwise not.
Here in this forum many think Scope mixers sound better than others (nuendo, logic..) ... It's probably true, I don't know, I use what I'm confortable with at the moment. Attention! to mix with Scope you have to send out from nuendo many channels!
