AFTER İNSTALLİNG OPTİONAL PLUG İN SCOPE DOESNT START

Hi Guys
Here is a little problem to solve. After installing the regular scope software I start installing the optional Plug Ins. But each time I do so Scope doesnt start.When I take a look at the windows task manager( ctrl+alt+del) scope seems to be running but with an high cpu usage , but still it doesnt start. Does any body of you have such a simmilar problem....if so please help...thanks al ot and have a nice day.
