the access will be denied if you start the oxe files directly by double click.
You must copy the ...NoKeys_Oxe files first into the Scope directory.
C:/Scope_4-_0/App/Oxe is the place were they have to be.I often forgot that the oxe folder is in App folder of the scope directory.The oxe folder is empty before you copy them in and will be empty again after you have restarted scope and the import dialog appeared.Sometimes you will be asked
for your allkeys.skf file.
...it´s just the missing windows link for oxe files to the plugininstaller.exe´
once, you opened an oxe file with the plugininstaller.exe, double click works again
(just choose "always open with")
