New with SFP 4.5???

Pls tell me what would I get if I update my SFP to version 4.5. I'm Scope project user (Pulsar 2). Only extra plugin that I have is PSY-Q. I found few informations but it's so different that... Most confusing to me is difference between MM and SS pack.

I'm new here, but I use CW products about 8 years.

So, no difference between new Scope Project user and someone who upgrade his software?
