Hi guys! Can I just upgrade my luna(3.1c) to 4.5 without 4.0?

you can upgrade from any luna version (1.0) to Scope 4.5

luna is for sell, I have professional 4.0 and I need to upgrade to 4.5.
I hear about some discount on the summer, is it truth?
