Ralf being the champion that he is, made me a deal with the software that seems to compensate for the mistake that the dealer has made. I have one last question before i can accept this deal, I wont ask it here tho, in respect for Ralf I will keep specifics private.
This is an outstanding effort that soniccore is fixing this problem that was completely out of their control.

P.s .. Tip for young playas (like me) - Make Sure the Box is Sealed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess this goes for any product so In the end I can only Blame myself for not cheking , but in the end looks like I got a Better deal anyway
