Big Thanks to Ralf @ Soniccore

Post by Stompa81 »

Just want to pass on a big Thanks to Ralf. reference my mismatched SN topic,He confirmed that I was sold an pulsar XTC card with an I/O plate. Hardware wise this is fine. Software wise this means I didnt have any rights to Scope 4.0 software let alone 4.5.

Ralf being the champion that he is, made me a deal with the software that seems to compensate for the mistake that the dealer has made. I have one last question before i can accept this deal, I wont ask it here tho, in respect for Ralf I will keep specifics private.

This is an outstanding effort that soniccore is fixing this problem that was completely out of their control.

10 out of 10 To Ralf in the Customer Service department. Thanks Again.

P.s .. Tip for young playas (like me) - Make Sure the Box is Sealed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess this goes for any product so In the end I can only Blame myself for not cheking , but in the end looks like I got a Better deal anyway :D

Apart form the synth, fx and routing,

its a very good multichannel soundcard with very clean analog outs and low_latency interface.
no comparison with an SB Live or Terratec card in 200 or 300€ price range. :D

Yeah, Ralf is awesome. I was once sold a PowerSampler 1 by a company that was going out of business (now I know why they were going out of business). They said the card came with the STS-5000. It turned out it didn't once I got it. But Ralf very generously gave me a key for the STS-5k anyway even though he didn't have to.
