My Machines Break

Post by AudioIrony »

My Machines are bigger than yours - but they break . .

Bit of "this and that" - sort of Ambient Drill and Bass I guess.
Mixed and mastered in Scope.

Comments most welcome

Love this track!! :) Great use of sound. The mix has a lovely clear muddyless sound (one of my main problems!!). Love the hats that come in just after one minute!! Fantastic bass line. Maybe use some pumping compression to enhance the bass and kick? I would personally love a big "moshup Prodigy style" break to come in at about 2.20 rather than the minimal keyboard parts that lead into the end of the track. I would say give it about another month, then listen to it the track again and perhaps see what you think. Would love to hear some more of this if you do decide to work on it again in the future. Great stuff!!

The moshup idea is a good one . . .thanks for that.
I will revisit this and see how it can be better.
right now it does fizzle out and is a bit predictable.
So thanks for the idea - appreciate it.
