I'm building a drum machine with ModularIII.
The kick is a synced sin osc, triggered by Flexor's Hyper Gate Seq.
I'm changing the gate signal to sync signal using Gate2Sync.
The Volume envelope is Hyper ADSR Smooth.
For some reason, if I trigger the osc with Hyper Gate Seq, there's a loud 'pakk' sound at the beginning of the sine wave.
If the Gate signal is sent Via Midi, everything is fine.
I have no explanation for this.
Is there a bug with Hyper Gate, or am I missing something...?
Thanks!

ok, another piece of the puzzle:
it's as if the envelope is faster than the sync!
it takes something like 10-15 samples after the envelope is 'open' before the sync begins.
the 'pakk' is the result of the partial random phase of the sine before it's actually synced.
is this clue helpful in any way?
