Cat Multiosc B (Sync Slave)

The Cat Multiosc B can be used in slave mode (the saw oscillator is slaved).
Three oscillator outputs at the same time (sub square, square, saw up).
Used in conjunction with the cat multiosc a, it's possible to obtain fat sounds in minutes.

As always, i must say thanks very much to pixelbytes (shroomz and shark)for the idea and the design.

we definitly need more of this stuff, because it makes it easier to handle in modular.
With standard modules you would need to load many modules.

I'm using pulsar since more than 5 years, but modular only a view weeks (also this forum).
I tested your cat multi A and had to say, great sounding tool.
(Damned, my english is too bad, to say the right words. Turn me on slave mode

)

Much better with the switch changed Salvatore!!

This sounds soooo sweet alongside the master version

With the pair of these it's relatively easy to come very close to the Octave CAT architecture & sound which is very cool for us here because our CAT is acting completely flakey at the moment

(I think we've been neglecting it & it wants some attention)

Oh, wow!

The saw osc sounds wonderful!
Excellent both for bass-lines and for some serious piercing leads.
I really like the way it behaves on low octaves: dominant, instead of 'clickish'.

The Pulse and triangle also sounds very good. What have you changed in their design? I'd be happy to hear what space these waveforms gives for innovation...

i have made this device from low level atoms and i've tried to emulate the freq response of the real cat by designing some filter at the output of each oscillator.

Actually I was going to try it with a super-saw patch, should be fun!

I love that C4T saw waveform...
I tried to emulate it by rolling the low frequencies off a flexor NBL saw, then adding an open LP filter with high resonance.

It's much easier now, with your C4T osc, and it also sounds much better!
