did you ever used flexor saturators (in particular mc cyrano's devices...) on drum tracks?
i'm referring in particular not to synthetic drums, but to kick and snare (eventually toms), either recorded live in multitrack or on "real" samples.
i found that valve saturator (setted at less that 1/2) is great for adding punch and loudness....
