Hello Ralf, do you know how much time it takes to recieve the activation keys for the EQ's bundle of digital audio soft??
I've bought this morning (02.08.2006) and I didn't recieve any key. My activation keys list is not updated with the new numbers, and the download page doesn't show me the package.
I never had this problem before, the keys sending takes a few minutes, something like automatic sending. But today not.
Can you help me?

i have to generate the keys by manually, so i ask for your understanding.
If this is not settled yet, so please send me a copy of your invoice to my emailadress

Because of the many tries to hack our servers, we had to switch off the automatic generation of the allkeyfiles. Therefore i must generate and send these files by manually and i hope for your understanding, that this needs a little bit more time.
Please be patient. I give my best and you'll get your keys.
