Midigate effects`??

Is there a midigate effect to be found within the Scope package??

With midigate it should be able by midi notes to trigger mute and unmuting for stutteringeffects!

search for "neutron" in the devices forum, he has done one.
However, what's with a gater, which reacts on controller as well ? In this case it'd work in an insert.
