do you mean that you improve the quality of your recordings thanks to VADT? Or just a different sound? What's the difference between this method of recording and cubase (eg : when recording several tracks simultaneously)?
Cannonball, even a new version of Vdat with a stereo on/off/link mode on channels 1&2 would do the job if it could record a stereo master to one file. That would eliminate the need for different device.
Ain't as easy to use for regular recording sessions though, as it's not designed with that sort of work in mind, which Vdat is (all bar a stereo record mode).
