Is Vectron incleded in EVERY SCOPE project?

I have this question: I have a Scope Project, a Scope XTC and a LUNA II card.
I have the Mix'n'Master package for the Scope Project but not the Synth'n'Sampler package.

Do I get the Vectron as a standard Synthesizer as it is said on the new Website?

Some of the synth highlights that were previously only contained in the Synth’n’Sampler pack are now part of every SCOPE project package: welcome the wavemorphing Vectron, the fun-loaded SB-404 and the groovy EDS-16i! Another new arrival with the new SCOPE project package is the wild sounding Poison.
