Can't get MyPage to work, can't get response from Creamware

I am getting frustrated because Creamware MyPage now seems to be useless because none of the features work (I can log in - but for no point since everything appears disconnected). Also, my messages to Creamware go unanswered. Anyone have any suggestions?

for your keys (allkeyfile)/registration or any thing related to "my page".

This has been noted several times here that the Site that host my page is spammed and it goes down daily. CW are working on new website.

in the meantime if you email the right guy @ CWA (rb@creamware.de) with the SN and a request he will surely answer you.

tried that - no response - if he is handling it all, maybe he is overwhelmed with requests

how long ago? he's very fast reponding usually tho. Are you sure your email address isn't one that could get blocked by a firewall?

registration issues are normally handled immediately. i think you got picked off by the spam blocker...

our "mailservre" is overwhelmed as long as we getting web attacks the whole day.
if there is a critikal attempt, the mailserver is shooting down. please try again, ralf will be looking for your request withinh 24h.
